African Transkei Overview

African Transkei magic mushrooms are the first African strain of psilocybe cubensis to gain widespread popularity. They originate from the Transkei region, a coastal wilderness in the Eastern Cape of South Africa, home to the Xhosa people. These mushrooms were discovered growing in the shade on Nguni Cattle dung. They are small to medium in size with orange/brown button caps and twisted stems.

• We advise caution with dosage:
• Micro: 0.25 gram
• Low: 0.25 – 1 gram
• Medium: 1 – 2 grams
• Strong: 2.5 – 5 grams
• Heavy: 5 grams and upwards (Only for experienced users familiar with psilocybin)

Start with 1-1.5g to familiarise yourself with the strain’s potency and visuals. A 3.5-4.5g dose will provide a highly intense visual experience. A medium to strong dose typically results in a 4 to 6-hour trip.
